I’ve lived most of my life in Northwest Ohio, where responsibility, reliability, and taking care of others have always mattered to me. I believe those are not just values to hold, but actions to live out every day. Those principles shape how I approach everything at Ruiz Financial Group.

What Great Operations Should Feel Like

With nearly 17 years in financial services and additional experience in operations and management, I’ve learned that strong operations are not about processes or efficiency for their own sake. They are about understanding that behind every account and every financial plan is a real person with a demanding career, family responsibilities, and countless moving pieces in their life.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with families navigating complex financial decisions while managing busy lives. That taught me something essential: people do not just remember whether you completed a task. They remember whether they felt supported and respected along the way.

Building the Client Experience

At Ruiz Financial Group, my role is to build systems and processes that anticipate what our clients need and create an experience that feels organized, responsive, and genuinely supportive. I manage the complexity on our end so the client experience feels personal and easy to navigate.

My work also includes overseeing firm operations and helping support the continued growth of Ruiz Financial Group. Whether it involves improving a process, coordinating client service, or making sure our team has the tools and support needed to serve clients well, my focus is on creating consistency and follow-through.

Our commitment to our clients is clear: we believe our responsibility is to put them first in everything we do. As a fee-only fiduciary firm, we design every process, interaction, and communication to support our clients’ best interests—free from product sales, commissions, or competing agendas.

Outside the office, family and faith are at the center of my life. I’m incredibly proud of our two sons, Aidan and Justus. I enjoy spending time with my family and taking walks with our beloved Coton de Tulear, Lucky Luv. Those moments remind me every day why this work matters.
